Random thoughts:
I thought I would add this little area to our community it is a place where we can all just post thoughts, ideas, quotes, videos, or anything else that might be interesting. It does not have to be related to anything. It can be a positive quote, a random funny pic or thought or anything you thought, came across or wanted to share. Even rants. If you have anything that will help somebody through their day, and you don't know where to share it, then random thought is the perfect place!

Stressful season
Hello All,
This has been such a very stressful time for me . I am hanging in there and taking it one day at a time. My little tools that I use to relax and take a breather:
~mediation (10 minutes, 2 x daily)
~Bach flower essences (emotional rescue)
~I go for walks about 30 mins a day
~I listen to Mozart
...and I have not tried this yet but plan to ~ Reiki energy healing
Does anyone else have any tips to de-stress?
